Special Studies for Class for Spring 2012: EH 649, Grant Writing

The Graduate Certificate in Technical Communication is offering a Special Studies class this Spring in grant writing. The class, which meets on Thursdays from 5:30-8:20, will present theoretical and practical advice to help students learn to write grant proposals. The class also involves developing two grants from start to finish – one grant to fund a usability test class for the certificate, and one for a local non-profit organization. The class should offer great experience for those interested in entering the world of grant proposal writing, and it fulfills either the 600 level elective or the other elective option in the certificate. The course is open to any UAH graduate student.

You can also check out a flier for the class. Please contact Dr. Ryan Weber (ryan.weber@uah.edu) with any questions.
